The woman was found in Railway Road, Chorley, and officers are looking to 'find her next of kin'
Police are appealing for help to identify an elderly woman who was found on a street with a head injury.
Lancashire Constabulary said despite conducting a number of enquiries at the scene, the woman has not been identified. Officers said they want to 'find her next of kin' and said she is described as white, with shoulder length grey hair, wearing multicoloured glasses, a grey/black cardigan, grey trousers and black shoes and using a black walking stick.She was also wearing one hearing aid and a wedding band and has a pendant in her possession.
