Videos have circulated on social media of the X-rated show at the Belfast venue
Joe Brolly believes that the UK Pleasure Boys event in Belfast has managed to unite the North in a way politicians haven't been able to. Videos of an adult-themed show at The Devenish have been widely circulated on social media, featuring male dancers and some audience members in explicit scenes.
Brolly added: "It shows with all our prudishness and the way we present ourselves and bleeping out curse words before a certain time at night and we can't really being showing sex and things like that but, in truth, whenever it comes down to it human beings are animals with clothes on." The event cost £15 a ticket and was called a Valentine's Weekend Special. The Devenish said it was "a night filled with exciting thrills perfect for a girls night out".She shared: "Myself and few friends attend the event on Saturday night. I myself was not drinking but other friends were. The men themselves put on good show the first half then after a long break the second half took a turn.
He said the videos circulating online show the end of the show which was unplanned. When the performers appeared on stage to take their final bow, a number of women stormed onto the stage, he said.
