PLANS to transform a “neglected space” in Paisley into three “high-quality” mews homes have been unveiled by architects.
If given the seal of approval, the small development would consist of three two-bedroom homes that, it’s claimed, would “blend seamlessly” with the existing urban environment.A design and access statement said: “The development aims to breathe new life into the existing site while enhancing the character of the surrounding area.
“The proposed development seeks to transform this neglected space into three high-quality, two-bedroom mews homes that blend seamlessly with the existing urban fabric.” They explained the scale and proportion of the proposed homes have been “carefully considered” to make sure they harmonise with neighbouring properties while providing modern living spaces.
