Proposals have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council for a new lounge and wine bar with a cold food menu in Renfrew.
The application proposes a change of use from hairdressing and beauty salon for vacant premises at 44 Canal Street.The plans include frontage alterations including changing the shopfront from being angled with a recess to straight with the door centred.
A drawing of the proposed layout shows a lounge bar area, servery, cellar/drinks store and unisex toilet. 88-Year-Old Man Dies in Mobility Scooter Crash in RenfrewshireAn 88-year-old man riding a mobility scooter has died following a crash with two cars in Renfrewshire.
