The Arizona Department of Transportation is advising motorists to plan for daytime lane restrictions on southbound US 89 north of Flagstaff on Wednesday, Sept. 7, and Thursday, Sept. 8. Drivers should slow down, proceed through the work zone with caution and watch for construction personnel and equipment while the following restrictions are in place daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.:Drivers should anticipate delays.The lane restrictions are needed so crews can perform shoulder drainage repairs to the highway.
