Flights across the UK are being cancelled from a number of airports such as Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester.
People have taken to social media in their thousands criticising airports and airlines for the way they handle the situation, with some travellers being left stranded abroad trying to scramble to find last minute flights.But while this is happening, one pilot has taken to TikTok to give some advice to people about what they should do if they are worried that their flight may be cancelled.
Taking to TikTok to discuss the situation to his near half a million followers, Harrison Murray - also known as @pilot_geeza on the social media app - has said there are certain things you can do when you're stressed or worried. "If you're travelling this week keep an eye on the airline's website or the flight status. There's no point heading to the airport if your flight's been cancelled.
