The final series of the hit comedy drama Shameless appeared on our screens 10 years ago
The original estate in Gorton where the show was first filmed became known locally as the 'Shameless estate'.
Following the fifth series, the show was filmed on a purpose built replica set on an industrial estate in Wythenshawe.were given access to the new set, where our photographer captured the shops, homes, streets, and perhaps most importantly, The Jockey pub where so many classic moments would take place.Outside The Jockey pub on the Wythenshawe film set.
