CEO Bisgrove said the 'first step' for the new boss is to analyse the squad before making his pitch to the board over what needs to change. The standard is very high and that's why he's here. His voice will be strong and the board will be receptive.
He also spoke of a desire to 'create more winners,' while he wasn't shy at calling out Cyriel Dessers whose form hasn't been anywhere near what it was when Clement had a close eye on him in Belgium. There are four starting points and thrown that in with his 'four pillars' for success; to become the best mental, physical, tactical and technical team in the league; his early vision starts to take on a clear picture.
