A pervert branded a 'serious risk to women' has been caged after perusing a relationship with a teenager.
Cox was arrested, and a mobile phone was seized. The 23-year-old, from Oswaldtwistle, intentionally deceived authorities in an effort to pursue multiple relationships with women online.Cox, of The Grove, Oswaldtwistle, was charged with seven breaches of his SHPO and sex offender notification requirements.
