The Massachusetts Air National Guard member accused of leaking top-secret Pentagon documents online is due in court Friday.
During the first hearing a month ago, his attorneys argued that other people accused under the Espionage Act have received bail and assured the judge that Teixeira wouldn't try to leave the country.In one post, he said he would"kill a lot of people" to"cull the weak."
