Oswaldtwistle brothers, Jim and Peter Woodhouse raised £2,300 to be shared equally by Rosemere Cancer Foundation and East Lancashire Hospice, walking Vancouver Island’s 75km West Coast Trail.
Peter, a retired mental health support worker, said: “Both Jim and I enjoy walking. Jim is president of rambling groups in Rishton and in Oswaldtwistle. We believe Jim owes his life to walking.
