Penn State Health Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital held its RecFest 2023 at Spooky Nook Sports Complex on Saturday in Manheim, Lancaster County.
Activities featured adaptive sports, including cycling, tennis, field hockey and soccer, and wheelchair sports such as basketball and fencing.
