Thankfully, even though her wrist was trapped between two tables, Carol wasn't seriously hurt, but others weren't so lucky. Carol was rolled back to her cabin in a wheelchair. 'The whole experience was horrendous. People were screaming for their lives, things were banging and crashing around us and people thought they were going to die.' 'We opened the cabin door and the crew had put an anniversary banner on the wall and decorated our bed with towels made into swans and a heart made out of chocolates. It was so touching. They were just such a nice crew.'
