The driver and passenger, both 19, died in the single-vehicle crash Wednesday night.
Jazaya Lee, of Vineland, died of her injuries following the crash just before 10:30 p.m. near milepost 23.4 in Hamilton, State Police said.
The 19-year-old driver, Andres Hernandez-Creamadel, of Atlantic City, was driving east when he veered off the toll road to the right and struck a tree, officials said.
