is still one of the most quotable films, and Brakkus the Mini Dachshund knows it. The 2-year-old Australian pup, who is often seen cosplaying, and it's such a spot-on look, even Dana Carvey would do a double take. Brakkus and his owner Mike dressed up as Wayne and Garth in honor of National Best Friend Day in June, and even though Mike looked like a pretty convincing Wayne, Brakkus stole the show.
