Ron Kelley is the owner of Ron’s Painting and Remodeling.
His contract with Phalgoo states he would install flooring, cabinets, and appliances and paint the walls at her rental property in Old Brooklyn.
“I tried to contact this guy, my son contacted him. He’s not reaching out to nobody. When he finally got a hold of him, he was in the hospital and my son told him he had 24 hours to respond to our calls and he never did,” said Phalgoo.
