The 43-year-old socialite — who recently announced a new show with her Simple Life costar Nicole Richie — shared videos of her and her children Phoenix, one, and London , 6 months, enjoying the private jet ride to paradise.

In one of the snaps we see Tessa carrying little Phoenix as she sported a comfy white T-shirt and white leggings.Milou rocked her bedhead and matched her mommy wearing a white jacket and matching pants while carrying a patterned blanket.
Phoenix was spotted in his car seat wrapped in a tan burrito printed blanket that read, 'Phoenix's Burrito Blanket' The heiress showed off her eldest running around their bedroom in grey sheep pajamas while playing near a chair She also documented an outing on the island with little Phoenix strapped in a stroller, pushing him around the Hawaiian resort.
