Cops say they have been dealing with a number of youths that have never been in trouble with police before.
A number of schoolchildren have been taken into custody by police after reports of anti-social behaviour. On Friday, October 13, Merseyside Police were made aware of youth kicking wing mirrors off cars in Prescot.
The teen was taken into custody yesterday and interviewed by officers on suspicion of criminal damage. He is understood to have been one of a number of children collared by the force in the lead up to Guy Fawkes Night. Knowsley Neighbourhood Inspector, Mark Berry said: "In the run up to this Bonfire Night we are, sadly, coming into contact with young people we’ve never had dealings with before.
