Ashley McPhee pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual activity with a child and last week was jailed for 10 months
A paedophile who bit a schoolgirl on the chest three times and then wrote a letter to her while on remand in prison has been jailed again.
The victim, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, later reported the incident and McPhee was quickly arrested. Lancashire Constabulary he was also found to be in possession of a knife.While on remand in prison he then wrote a letter to the teenage victim. McPhee pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual activity with a child and last week was jailed for 10 months, made subject of a 10-year Sexual Harm prevention Order and told to sign the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years.
"McPhee, 26, was quickly arrested once his offending came to light. He was found in possession of a knife at that point and was also arrested for that offence. "Last week, at Preston Crown Court, he was jailed for 10 months. He was also made subject of a 10-year Sexual Harm prevention Order and told to sign the Sex Offenders Register for the next 10 years.
