Gilbert faced the Padres twice last year, allowing two earned runs in 10 1/3 innings while striking out six and walking six.Musgrove has allowed one earned run over his last 12 1/3 innings, winning decisions at the Yankees and Marlins. Hitters have a .477 OPS against him over that stretch. He has a 6.65 ERA in 23 innings against the Mariners but hasn’t faced them since 2019.
