He shared a touching message with co-stars on Channel 4's Don't Look Down
Comedy star Paddy McGuinness was emotional during an episode of Don't Look Down as he spoke of losing his father to colon cancer. The show is presented by the 50-year-old Top Gear host and challenges celebrities to conquer their fears.
Standing alongside co-stars Kimberly Wyatt, Victoria Pendleton, Anton Ferdinand, he said: 'All of us sadly know someone who's been affected by cancer and just for myself, personally I'd like to thank Anton, Kimberly and Victoria for sharing your stories with us.
"You know, how he lives his life. From visiting him in Christie's, you know, seeing him really really ill to now… I'm glad I don't think about it with him. Paddy's ex-wife Christine McGuinness also suffered a secret cancer scare after finding a lump in her breast. The mum-of-three revealed she was left terrified by the ordeal due to her family history of the disease.
