PACIFICA – A school employee serving as a crossing guard was struck by a driver Tuesday morning in Pacifica, police said.
The crash was reported around 8:20 a.m. at the intersection of Reina Del Mar and Reichling avenues, near Vallemar Elementary, the Pacifica Police Department said in a statement. The employee had a complaint of pain and was taken to an area hospital for further medical evaluation, police said. An investigation revealed the employee was conducting traffic control in a school crosswalk at the time of the collision, police said.Related Articles
