An Altoona woman was arrested and charged after police said she left a toddler in a hot vehicle while she shopped at a Dollar General store.
While Stern was shopping inside the store, a person took the child from the car, claiming that she noticed that music in the car was blasting, the keys were in the ignition, the doors were unlocked, and a child was inside,A man also entered the store and shouted for whoever left the child in the vehicle. That’s when Stern came forward.
