Police said they found two horses on the property, one of which appeared to be suffering from an eye injury resulting from an infection, theWeyant was then requested to provide documentation of recent medical care for the horses, as well as the dogs on her property, which she failed to do so, police said.
Authorities told the news outlet a neighbor reportedly requested permission from the owners of the property to take the horses to a veterinarian. When the neighbor arrived at the property, he reportedly found two other horses, locked in a barn, that had also been “neglected” and in “bad health.”
