The shooting in Lycoming County occurred in a cemetery where one of the teens had gone intending to fight the accused.
A Lycoming County teenager accused of firing multiple shots at six other male teens in vehicles has been jailed without bail as an adult on attempted homicide and related counts.
Police said that in an exchange of messages on Aug. 7 Watts suggested the other teen meet him to fight in Resurrection Cemetery east of Montoursville. In Snapchat messages over the next hour Watts stated the weapon was an airsoft weapon. The other teen believed him and decided to return to the cemetery for a fight, according to police.
As the vehicles were leaving the cemetery, the teens observed the ATV approach them from the rear but it continued across Lycoming Mall Road.
