The girl and her mother were reportedly part of a group that Freeman was vacationing with. The incident allegedly occurred in the media room of the house they were staying in. The girl reportedly told police that Freeman put his hand insider her shorts as they were watching a move. She got up and changed her shorts, but she alleges he did it again when she returned.

The victim’s mother walked into the room and found the two “nearly nose-to-nose,” according to reports.reported that Freeman was charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor and released on a $15,000 bond. The site said Freeman is prohibited from traveling and having contact with the victim or children who are under the age of 18. His lawyer has reportedly asked those stipulations be changed so that he can return home and see his children who the site said are 12 and 3-years-od.
