SUNBURY -- A Northumberland County man claims he was coerced into admitting he caused the death of his former girlfriend who was dragged and run over by a car. Stephen F. Kruskie wants to withdraw his guilty plea to voluntary manslaughter and other charges, alleging during a post-sentence motion that threats to his family caused him to enter it.
His attorney, John D. Broda, states his client on June 2 asked to him to file a motion to withdraw his plea. If you purchase a product or register for an account through one of the links on our site, we may receive compensation.
