Thirty nurses have already joined, making up the trust's largest cohort of overseas nurses to date.
University Hospitals of North Midlands began recruiting in 2021, and will have taken on 352 international nurses by next month.
In September, UHNM chief executive Tracy Bullock said that by October the recruitment drive would reduce nursing vacancies from 400 last year to 40.The 30 nurses who joined the hospital trust in October make up the largest cohort of overseas nurses to date.
