Pick your favorite North Texas restaurant; its chef might be on this list.
All appearances are at the Creative Arts Building and are free — though attendees will need to have a ticket to get into the State Fair first.During each session, the chefs will “give kitchen tips, answer questions, and share samples with the audience, all while preparing their favorite dishes,” according to a State Fair press release.
Over 24 days, 96 demos are on the calendar. New to the crew are Josh Harmon, the chef behind Birdie, the Nashville hot chicken spot in the AT&T Discovery District in downtown Dallas; Elvis Bencamo of Shinsei in Dallas; and Trey Sanchez of Vaqueros BBQ in Grapevine.
