The opening date for the new BEAR cafe in Nottingham has finally been announced. The independent brand's seventh premises will welcome its first customers on Thursday, November 16.
News first broke of BEAR's takeover of the building in May and jobs were advertised at the time. The re-worked premises features a quirky bright orange exterior, which fits in well with its bohemian surroundings. Originally, the cafe had been touted for opening in summer and then September, but there were delays. Boca Lima closed earlier in 2023 and after BEAR's takeover, Mr Bunting said that he "couldn't be happier" to be bringing the brand to Nottingham.
