The city centre venue hosts seven days of live music, cabaret and entertainment - alongside a yummy food menu
When dreaming of a Sunday roast you might straight away think about your mum's home cooking or a stacked carvery from your local.
Albert's Schloss is known for almost always being bouncing, with live music seven days a week and plenty of flowing ale. St Patrick's Day was guaranteed to be busier which put me off at first but the party atmosphere ended up being one of my favourite parts, second to the food. Each roast was served with sharing sides of roast potatoes, mash, seasonal greens and lashings of rich gravy. Mint sauce was brought over on request and roast potatoes were replenished when they were gone which was a nice surprise.
What's else is on the menu at Albert's Schloss? When telling my friend about my weekend plans she raved about the breakfast. So I had a look at what else was on offer. Cheese burgers , bratwurst and pie also features on the menu. A variety of small plates include garlic bread, brie and "little brats" with honey mustard and pickled chilli.
