Until it didn’t. The Buckeyes built a 27-point lead with 15:31 remaining, then saw it shrink to four with 52 seconds left, but the Badgers could not buy a bucket in the final 45 seconds and OSU escaped what would have been a back-breaking loss. If that happens, well, is anything possible? As one optimistic – or maybe sarcastic? – Twitter follower pointed out, “If they can find a way to win the rest of their games, they will be national champs.”
