Chris Holtmann gets ejected in the first half of Ohio State's matchup with Wisconsin after a heated exchange with the officiating crew in Columbus.
It was Holtmann's first time getting tossed from a game since Feb. 26, 2021, when the Ohio State coach was thrown out with 1.4 seconds remaining in a tight loss to Michigan State.
The offensive foul on Sueing, to which Holtmann objected, marked Ohio State's 11th turnover of the opening period. Wisconsin was leading by 10 points beforehand, but subsequently rattled off the final six points of the half after that to head to intermission up 43-27 on the Buckeyes. Ohio State associate head coach Jake Diebler took the reins on the sidelines for the remainder of the contest.
