Investigators confirmed on Wednesday that a body was found buried in the outskirts of a Chester, Delaware County park.
The investigation started when Chester police received a tip about a body buried in a wooded area by Deshong Park.
That information first was received Monday around 11:30 p.m. when local police, county investigators, and the FBI found the human remains buried approximately three feet underground.Chester City Police Commissioner Steven Gretsky said the homeless man was a person of interest but has been cooperative with detectives and since has been released.
