“He just charged at me with a knife or a pair of scissors and just started like attacking me,” victim Diogenes Jaquez Jr., 24, told The Post on Friday.

“I turned around and just saw some guy just standing in front of me. He just charged at me with a knife or a pair of scissors and just started like attacking me,” said Jaquez of the Bronx.“I just put my arm up.” Jaquez said that as he bled from his arm, he ran — hoping a good Samaritan would help him — to no avail.
