Holly, known for TV roles on shows like “NCIS” and “Picket Fences” as well as for her work in films like “Dumb and Dumber” and “What Women Want,” owned the North Barrington house with her former husband, investment banker Francis Greco, from 2004 until 2007, which was during the height of the housing bubble in the first decade of his century. The couple paid $1.08 million for the house in 2004, and they sold it three years later for $1.
Built in 1999 and located in North Barrington’s gated Wynstone community, the house has 5-1/2 bathrooms, three fireplaces, a butler’s pantry, a kitchen with a large island and two dishwashers, a first-floor office, a primary bedroom suite with a split walk-in closet, and a walkout lower level with a family room and a playroom. The home also has an oversized three-car garage, and outside on the 1.11-acre property are a deck and pergola.
