"We are so proud of her," Chelsea Young said of her daughter. "I think she did a great job explaining why she didn’t want to wear a mask." "How she was treated is horrible," Chelsea Young added. Maci Young’s difficulties with mask-wearing at school began when children in the district returned to a regular, in-person learning schedule this past October.
