With the ball now deeper in the stands, Jokic motioned for it with one arm, while extending his other into Ishbia.The Suns owner went with it fell back into his seat with his hands up — as if looking for a foul. “[The ref] he told me I was elbowing the fan,” Jokic told reporters after the game. “The fan put a hand on me first so. I thought the league is supposed to protect us or whatever. Maybe I’m wrong. We’ll see.”TNT
