The Pankaj Singh lab at the newly established Department of Oncology Science and the NCI-designated OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated postdoctoral researcher to join on an NIH/NCI-funded study onThe research project involves investigating signal transduction and metabolic alterations in pancreatic cancer cells, tumor-stromal crosstalk, therapy resistance, metastasis, and immunometabolism, using cutting-edge technologies and multi-omics platforms.
Our state-of-the art research program utilizes multi-omics approaches, including sc-RNA-seq, bulk RNAseq, epigenomics, metabolomics, proteomics, and genetically engineered mouse models and organoid models. Our program is well-funded by NCI, with multiple R01 grants, a program project on pancreatic cancer metastasis, and a U54 grant on acquired therapy resistance in pancreatic cancer.
