We’re two months away from the 2024 NHL Draft, and the class is starting to come into shape. This looks like an average draft class right now. The potential No. 1 pick, , is not in the tier of prospects, but he’s not far behind and could be a potential elite two-way center. There are several defense prospects who have the potential to be impact players. I have three defenders projected as No. 1 NHL defensemen and a few others with chances to become that type of player.

He checks every box you want in a top prospect, and is one of the few players I've scouted where it's hard to see any noticeable weakness. He skates very well.
