If the matchup is Aaron Rodgers versus Patriots backup Brian Hoyer, you can't expect New England's offense to score much more than 13 or 14 points.
The Patriots are 0-4-1 against the spread in their last five games and 1-4 straight up over that span. New England also is 2-6-1 ATS in its last nine games against Green Bay. The Packers are 14-6 ATS in their last 20 games and 15-5 overall during that span. They are 9-1 straight up in their last 10 games at home, too.
