The purchase of Kerr Henderson will manage client assets worth over £1 billion
Newry financial services firm Ashtree Financial Services has bought a Belfast-based peer for an undisclosed sum.
Michael Blaney, the former owner of Autoline, is behind Ashtree and said the two businesses have a number of synergies.
