Newcross Healthcare is sponsoring the Volunteers Award category at this year's Scottish Health Awards, whilst also celebrating success on the NHS Scotland workforce framework.
Newcross Healthcare has over 165,000 registered healthcare workers and supports its healthcare workers with free revalidation with a nurse-led clinical governance team. On the completion of a shift, nurses can immediately request payment, so 'pay as you earn' - an initiative introduced in recognition of the impact that the current cost of living crisis has had on the workforce.
