Joelinton has been charged by police with drink-driving NUFC
Joelinton is to appear in court at the end of January after being charged for drink-driving.
The 26-year-old was pulled over by police in the early hours of Thursday morning where he was subsequently arrested by officers.Northumbria Police have stated that the Brazilian was found to be driving whilst over the prescribed alcohol limit.: “Shortly before 1.20am today [Thursday] officers pulled over a vehicle in the Ponteland Road area of Newcastle and arrested the occupant.
“Joelinton Casio, 26, of Ponteland, has since been charged whilst above the prescribed limit for alcohol.His appearance in court will come just days days after theAccording to the news outlet, boss Eddie Howe and the Toon outfit’s officials are aware of the incident but the club are not prepared to comment on the matter at this stage.
