While you were sleeping, the 12th atmospheric river-fueled storm to hit CA this season started its move into SoCal. Heavy rain and flash flooding are possible. Eyewitness News tracks the storm and the traffic trouble spots. This morning at 6 from ABC7.
A flood watch was issued for most of the Los Angeles area beginning late Monday night through Wednesday afternoon and a wind advisory will be in effect for most of the region from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday.
A high wind warning for Orange County coastal and inland areas will go into effect from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday. The valleys and Inland Empire will also see some showers with the chance of lightning strikes. The region could see between 2 to 5 inches of rain. Conditions will be windy with a high of 60 degrees. The low temperature will be 47.
