There was confusion when the shutters stayed down
A new opening date has been announced for Stock Giant in Arnold. Managers said the discount store in Front Street will officially open its doors on Friday, October 7, at 9am.
The discount store was due to open on Monday but shoppers were left confused as the shutters remained closed. The opening was postponed due the store having a huge last minute delivery of brand new clearance stock. John Cartledge, retail Operations manager said: “Our teams have spoken to several local shoppers who have expressed their excitement at the opening of the Arnold store. We decided to delay the opening until Friday 7th October in order to take advantage of a huge last minute delivery of brand new clearance stock.“There are some absolutely amazing deals to be had and we wanted to give Arnold residents access to these upon opening.
