One of North Texas’ biggest industrial building owners is expanding its footprint with more construction.
The D-FW metro area is one of the largest markets for the San Francisco-based commercial property firm, which has about 1 billion square feet of industrial real estate worldwide. The more than 700,000-square-foot business park is planned on New York Avenue near Interstate 30 and will cost more than $45 million, according to planning documents filed with the state.
