The 75-year-old is without a club after his stint at Aberdeen lasted just 33 days.
Neil Warnock has been tipped to make a quickfire return to management just weeks after he left Aberdeen.
The 75-year-old, who started his managerial career with Gainsborough Trinity back in 1980, has refused to rule out a return to the dugout. And according to the Telegraph, Warnock could emerge as a potential candidate for the job at Plymouth Argyle, with the English Championship club set to sack Steven Gerrard's former assistant at Al-Ettifaq Ian Foster after less than four months in the role.
