In the USA TODAY survey,"Zoey's" trounced other"bubble shows," the term for programs hovering between renewal and cancellation. With 62,000 votes counted, a record 67% advocated bringing the show back for Season 2, with only 8% favoring its cancellation. “We were overwhelmed by the number of people who fell in love with ‘Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist’ and how much joy it brought to everyone. We’re thrilled to bring it back and can’t wait to see how Zoey’s journey continues,” NBC Entertainment co-presidents of scripted programming Lisa Katz and Tracey Pakosta said in a statement.
