National City teacher accused of sex crimes against former student arrested a second time [Breaking]
A National City elementary school teacher arrested earlier this week on suspicion of having an inappropriate and illegal relationship with a former student has been arrested a second time, National City police said.
On Thursday, National City police said in a news release that they had conducted surveillance on Ma and then arrested her the same day on National Avenue near 33rd Street in San Diego.It was not immediately clear what prompted the second arrest. The National City Police Department said it would not be releasing any additional information about the case because the investigation is ongoing.
